RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES: Coaching the organization This competence requires following activities: GUIDANCE: helps the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) to understand and enact lean agile approach and empirical product development TEACHING: teaches the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) in self-organization and cross-functionality TRANSITION: understands & practices agility and supports the organization to develop into an agile transition RISK MANAGEMENT: coaches the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) to resolving impediments COMMUNICATION: encourages the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) in open conversation and helps to ensure that everybody's voice is heard EXCITEMENT: improves the lines of the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) by facilitating creativity and empowerment Facilitation- This competence requires following activities: EVENTS & CEREMONIES:facilitates team events & ceremonies and teaches the rest of the team how to facilitate them RULES & GUIDELINES: helps the teams to identify & follow their own rules & guidelines TRACEABLILITY & TRANSPARENCE supports the organization (program level, team level, SMs & RTEs) to establish an open & transparent communication Collaboration w/ other SMs, RTEs & Agile Coaches This competence requires following activities: COMMUNICATION: is open & communicative proactively advises or shares information (e.g. best practices) with other SMs, RTEs & Agile Coaches WAY OF WORKING: cooperates closely with other SMs, RTEs & Agile Coaches for aligning issues (e.g. in SoS or inside topic-area) cooperates closely with other SMs, RTEs & Agile Coaches for coordinating tasks & dependencies (e.g. in SoS or inside topic-area) RISK MANAGEMENT: coordinates across teams and shapes to manage dependencies and alignment. Communication & Moderation. This skill requires following activities: COMMUNCIATION: open & proactive in communication via various channels (like chats, calls, meetings, onside-talks) CONFLICT RESOLVING: identifies conflicts and orchestrates their resolution MODERATION: orchestration & moderation of meetings or other events in an appropriate way LANGUAGE: experience in writing & talking English. Teaching & Coaching. This skill requires following activities: COACHING: helps others to find their own solution for certain issues or problems TEACHING & MENTORING: teaches others in thinking and acting with respect to the agile principals (e.g. using agile or lean methods) TRAINING: hosts trainings & workshops for agile transformation, agile principals & methods CONDICIONES: - Proyecto estable - Salario competitivo - Posibilidad de teletrabajo
