As a Customer Service Specialist your main functions will be: · Provide phone and email support to clients in a confident, friendly manner. · Respond to end-user calls for general product support. · Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines. · Document cases in a CRM. What we offer you: · Training and internal growth opportunities. - Job located in Barcelona city. - A full-time job of 39 hours per week. · Work Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00h. - Salary: 17737'06€/year + Bonus Productivity (1080€/year that is charged only after month 6).
