Our international client is looking for Dutch Speaking Technical Support Agents, to support a Solar Panels project. • Maintains the technical support and uses communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers. • Provides first level technical support on several product. Ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path • Other duties as may be required or assigned. Required: • SPANISH DOCUMENTS – SOCIAL SECURITY + NI • Excellent Communication Skills • Tech Troubleshooting Savy • Customer focus and a service-oriented attitude • Ability to communicate on the phone and via web (i.e. email) with customers while taking detailed notes is required.
