As our new Office Manager your main objective will be ensuring that all employees are happy and that there is a good working environment in the office. We expect you to be proactive, coming up with new ideas around team buildings and for the maintenance of our culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office.
You will be the point person for maintenance, mail, purchases, supplies, equipment, invoices and other errands.
To attend all persons coming to the office.
Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and travel for office staff.
Support the organization of events in the office.
Telephone support on queries and requests.
Partner with HR to maintain and improve company policies.
Organise office operations and procedures.
Manage relationships with suppliers, customers and ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Providing general support to visitors.
Supporting the management of the Country Manager's agenda.
