Descripción
From Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Professional for ON-SITE support at Madrid with at least 2 years of experience.
Resolution of basic problems of:
· Office applications / Office 365
· Network management and administration (LAN, WiFi, VPN)
· Multifactor Authentication
· Windows Server and Active Directory
· Windows applications troubleshooting
· Level 1 incidents resolution via ITSM tool (GLPi, EasyVista, ServiceNow...)
· English speaking level to be able to follow instructions and interact to troubleshoot an issue
Soft Skills:
· Dealing with people
· Teamwork
· Follow a working plan complying with deadlines
· Stress management with high workload
Minimum Required Studies
· Medium Degree Formative Cycle - Computers and Networks
